Fees My passion is serving the Lord by assisting those who have chosen to become pastors. Accordingly, fees are handled in a unique and generous fashion:
1.	A nominal contribution amount is agreed upon to fit your budget.
2.	At the conclusion of service, please make this contribution to your church or an outside charitable organization.
3.	This policy achieves commitment and affordability. No funds are given to me.

Monthly Service Details

1.	Three forty-five minute coaching sessions
2.	Three action requests with defined benefits
3.	One project request with defined benefit
4.	Multiple e-mail communications, as appropriate

Procedures

1.	Coaching sessions are conducted via telephone. We are able to communicate conveniently, over great distance, at minimal cost. There are no outside distractions.
2.	You place call using my dedicated line.
3.	Sessions are scheduled on the hour.
4.	Coaching is based upon trust and confidentiality. Coaching may be done anonymously.
