Sample Coaching Session

The best way to understand what coaching can do for you is to experience an actual coaching session. I call this a sample session. There is no obligation.

We will discuss a challenge or hurdle you are currently facing. The sample session will be enjoyable and productive for each of us.

Simply notify me of your interest via email or telephone. I will respond with suggested dates and times. Sample sessions are generally shorter than regular coaching sessions. Please allow 20-30 minutes. The session begins with your telephone call to me at our selected time.

Use of telephone enables us to focus intently on verbal content. There are no outside distractions. You will experience these benefits during our sample session.
